Seedling Training for Families – Early Childhood Council

Seedlings is a hands-on learning relationship-building and social connections curriculum. This science-based curriculum blends principles from neuroscience around brain growth and development. The ten-week in-person courses explain how stress impacts the brain, body and behaviors over a lifetime and how it is shared from adults to children. The program provides support for adults to break the inter-generational transmission of toxic stress. It promotes mental wellness and offers coping strategies in a safe, judgement-free space. Call or email us at 719-937-4010 or sehealth@eccslv.org or  mobile2@eccslv.org.  This is a program of the Early Childhood Council or the San Luis Valley.
