Personal Care Providers (PCPs) go to the home of eligible clients to assist with their daily personal care and home-making needs. They visit on a regular basis and form positive, caring relationships with their clients. Call for information on enrolling in the OLTC program to get PCP care. This service is for Saguache County residents who are on long-term Medicaid, or are elderly, blind or disabled. The providers will help meet the client’s physical needs and to assist with client’s maintenance or supportive needs. They do not provide skilled personal care.
